Do I need QuickBooks?
We work in QuickBooks Online. If you don't have it yet, we'll help you choose the right plan and set it up so your books start clean.
My books are months (or years) behind. Can you help?
Yes. We start with a one-time catch-up project to bring everything current, then move you to a simple monthly plan. You'll get a quote after your free call.
How do I send you receipts and documents?
Most transactions come straight from your bank feed. For receipts, you can snap a photo and upload it, or forward it by email. We'll set up whatever is easiest for you.
Do I have to share my bank password?
No. We never ask for your banking password. We connect through QuickBooks bank feeds or read-only access that you control and can turn off at any time.
Can you work with my CPA or tax preparer?
Yes. At year-end we send your CPA a clean package with the reports they need, and we're happy to answer their questions directly.
Do you do taxes?
We don't file tax returns. We keep your books accurate and tax-ready so your CPA or tax preparer can file faster, often for less.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans are month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
